Desired outcome

We are going to enter new market with our gift card system for shopping malls. So we first need to find all shopping centers on new market and then prepare effective selling and marketing strategies.

Initial Problem Description

First, we need to conduct a comprehensive research to identify all the shopping centers located in the new market. This step will involve gathering data on the size, type, location,.... of each shopping center to understand the market landscape thoroughly. Once we have a complete list and understanding of these shopping centers, our next step will be to analyze current solutions and which are most suitable for our solution.

Context

We need a database of all the shopping malls with emails, telephone numbers of marketing people and center managers, current gift card solutin and description of it from the shopping malls. Than we need analaysis of the marketing if our solutions is suitable for the market and then the selling and marketing plan.

Our prior experiments with marketing and sales strategies in foreign markets have provided us with valuable insights.
