Initial Problem Description

We need a strategy to find potential people interested in our Academy, and strategies and tools to reach them, including advertising videos of our Academy.

We need a step-by-step plan and what to do to attract customers for this product.

We want to reach people potentially interested in supporting others in their development, self-improvement, and solving life problems for our Professional Coaching Academy product.

Context

The Academy is accredited by the largest international coaching organization International Coaching Federation and is carried out by a trainer-coach with the highest possible international accreditation, at the Master Coach Certified level. At the same time, it is being implemented in Bydgoszcz, which is a weakness, because information about this product is not widespread in Poland. The strategy we expect may be focused on reaching business customers, so that the Academy will be implemented within larger companies, for their employees. Coaching as a developmental method is used to support others in achieving more or solving problems. It is a kind of alternative for all those who are not ready to use psychotherapy, but have some life or professional difficulty. The professional work of a coach is essential to properly help and support others in their development. Proper preparation of coaches guarantees the effectiveness of support processes and ethical treatment of coaching clients.

- in marketing, to develop a well-thought-out strategy tailored to the target audience, based on knowledge and research, firmly rooted in market realities,
- communication to ensure effective exchange of information,
- economics, with a focus on market and trends analysis so that they will be able to make the market research connect it with trends, and make suggestions out of it.
Knowledge of the Polish language is more than welcome because the Academy is implemented in Polish.

We would like to find a way to increase the knowledge of people around the area of our work and why it is needed by promoting our services. We will share our insights on the challenge to enable the team to make more informed, strategic decisions tailored to the current market conditions, thus ensuring that the proposals presented by the team are not only innovative but also feasible.
