This tool is to allow for automation, streamlining and scaling of sales activities that would traditionally take a lot of time.
Initial Problem Description
We want to optimize the work of salespeople to introduce:
- time savings – introducing search automation will allow for quick identification of potential customers.
- increase efficiency – the tool will help focus on the most valuable customers, which will increase the chance of success in sales.
- better personalization – thanks to the data provided by the tool, salespeople will be able to adjust their approach to customers, which will increase the effectiveness of communication.
- scalability of sales activities – the tool allows for activities on a larger scale, without the need to engage large human resources.
- monitoring results – introducing an analytical function that will help track the effectiveness of activities and adjust the strategy.
Context
Salespeople need lead generation tools because the process of acquiring new customers is crucial to growing a business and increasing sales. Without the right tools, the process of manually finding leads is time-consuming and can be ineffective. Lead generation tools automate this process, allowing salespeople to quickly reach more people who show interest in a product or service. This frees up salespeople to focus on more valuable activities, such as customer conversations or negotiations.

Our challenge is directly related to Industry 4.0 and the development of digitalization. Creating a tool for automatic customer search will increase the efficiency of salespeople by contributing to precise targeting, better personalization and segmentation, thus maintaining the company's competitiveness. Lead generation tools allow for precise determination of who the potential customer is based on specific criteria, such as industry, position, location, online behaviour or other demographic and company data. Thanks to this, salespeople can focus on groups that have the greatest potential to buy, which increases the efficiency of their activities. Thanks to lead generation tools, salespeople can more easily segment potential customers and match them with appropriate offers. Personalization of the offer is key to increasing sales effectiveness, and lead generation tools allow for collecting and analyzing data that allows for better adjustment of communication to the customer's needs.

Lead generation tools allow salespeople to effectively acquire, select, and qualify potential customers, which in turn translates into higher quality and quantity of sales. Thanks to automation, analytics, and better targeting, salespeople will be able to operate more effectively, which is crucial in today's competitive business environment. We need a tool in our company that will allow us to optimize activities related to acquiring new customers using automatic search for potential customers, this tool collects data about companies and people (e.g. from databases, social media, and websites), allows for filtering potential customers by industry, location, company size, position in the company, as well as interests, and has integration functions with other tools, i.e. it can synchronize with other sales support tools, such as analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, or project management applications.
Expectations
We expect information from the IT industry on how to best digitize the process. What do we need to prepare for this process? What are the requirements for such a project? What is the scope of investment in terms of purchasing new devices? We are open to proposals and suggestions regarding the implementation of the solution.

We do not know of any company offering solutions that would meet our expectations. We want our application to be supported for a long time and allow for any modifications in the future without violating copyrights, etc. Implementing such a solution will allow us to ensure high quality of work of salespeople.
