Marketing campaign for metal-forming defects sensors

Desired outcome

A marketing campaign dedicated to IIoT products that are used in the metal processing industry, namely plastic metalworking. The final recipients of this type of product are companies from the automotive and household appliances industries, In particular those producing metal components for the above-mentioned industries.

Initial Problem Description

Reaching valuable information to interested companies in selected European Union countries, the UK and Turkey. The biggest challenge is lack of skilled team members to prepare complex strategy that will include stack of tools and KPI's. Other challenge is to activate and maintain the campaign in case of channel management and content.

The challenge is connected to areas of Industry 4.0 and Digitalisation. Products that we want to advertise smarter and with higher intensity have IIoT functions that can gather the process data in case of production efficiency and predictive maintenance. That is also connected to reduce waste and energy consumption of press machines.

We have some scenarios and initial ideas that have to be structured and formalized in strategy document. This would be also the task of the challenge - to conduct some workshops about this. We don't have any rapports or research done in this area. Only tool we were using to estimate and track responsible persons and companies was LinkedIn Sales Navigator
