The primary issue at hand is the need to enhance the strategic development of our product roadmap. Teams should focus on identifying and addressing gaps, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for innovation within the current roadmap, streamlining the trajectory for sustained growth and market competitiveness.

Context

We are manufacturers and sellers of sustainable home&garden and composting solutions, such as daily bio waste bins, bokashi composters, electric composters, and self-wastering planters. We also produce sustainable tableware from bio-based materials, that prevent the use of single-use plastics.

We would like to broaden our product portfolio with products in related categories, selling to the already existing persona. Teams should be able to provide modern, futuristic solutions we should be developing and adding to our portfolio.
