Desired outcome

Our objective is to create a new marketing campaign that not only increases global and native sales but also raises attraction and interest of new customers. Additionally, we’re actively seeking B2B partners to expand sales, so we would like to design new and catchy logos.

Initial Problem Description

Our mission is to modernize the Greek economy through the technological upgrade of Greek companies that lack in the assimilation of 3D printing technologies. We would like to provide integrated services to companies / users for the development of new products and services based on Αdditive Μanufacturing technologies. Also, we would like to create quality jobs that will respond to the upcoming job/work changes that the industry 4.0 is going to bring. We try to follow the current trends when we established the company by December 2021, e.g. blue klein color and specific fond. We would like to change the font and make it more eye-catching.

Context

The main challenge is to reach as many individuals as possible by promoting the services we provide and explaining where these services can be applied. For example, we focus on customers in specific sectors like maritime, aerospace, construction, energy, education, and more. Our goal is to have a marketing trend analysis for these specific uses cases. Please see the industrial sector that we mention above. We could make high resolution graphic designs, using in banners or flyers in order to reprinted in 3D form. The data could present on excel or ppt for different categories for use cases. We believe promoting our business through a marketing campaign will reach the above goal.

Connection to cross-cutting areas

The challenge aligns with "General Sustainability" as it promotes a sustainable approach through the use of Additive Manufacturing technologies for final use. Additionally, our services include solutions of Industry 4.0, with the main purpose the digitalization from the production to warehouses with the ability of new marketing tools which will be more effective contributing to a more sustainable product lifecycle.

Most clients that reach out to our recent profile presentation on our website www.hellenic-cam.gr and our profile on LinkedIn. We have succeeded in many conferences and exhibitions related to innovation and new technological achievements. Basically, the local & native market is not well-informed about this specific area of services, yet.

Expectations

Our expectations center around a comprehensive marketing strategy that not only achieves our goals but also expands our expertise and facilitates connections with potential business partners or employees. This strategy aims to be well-structured, ensuring it encompasses a multifaceted approach to achieve these objectives effectively. We expect to get connection with new B2B partners in Europe region and also a design of a marketing campaign based on a market analysis with focus on customers and trend analysis. We expect a series of marketing actions/recommendations/advice in the form of a booklet/leaflet/infographic that will help us grow our client pool (especially locally) so that a greater number of people will engage with our lab and search for our services.

Desired Team Profile

Having a diverse team with a range of skills could be incredibly beneficial. Skills in marketing strategy, digital marketing, data analysis, consumer behavior understanding, and perhaps expertise in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) could be valuable. However, we believe all of the skills are not necessary when the individual is motivated and willing to expand his/her knowledge. Additionally, any background in promotion, business administration believe it would be helpful. Finally, academics that we can use available resources and tools provided the current analysis & trend for our interesting sectors.

Additional Information

Any background in marketing, promotion, business administration even psychology we believe it would be helpful. Additional knowledge about our area of expertise might come in handy as it is something pretty specific. Good communication skills are important as well. Our perspective for catch up meetings to provide feedback of the data that we received, and we have provided the relevant information of the trends & slogan ("LET US PRINT OUT YOUR THOUGHTS").

The reason for the establishment of H-CAM S.A. was that the field of Additive Manufacturing, is a transformational approach to industrial production, which allows the rapid and flexible production of components, spare parts and systems with desirable properties, mainly with technology known as 3D Printing.

H-CAM S.A. is a one – stop – shop in Southeastern (SE) Europe, providing integrated services and technological solutions, research, training and education to all interested in the field of Additive Manufacturing; allowing the integration of pioneering approaches and technologies from a number of innovative companies operating within Greece and abroad.

H-CAM S.A. is addressed to companies active in the fields of automotive, aerospace, transport, but also health, as well as in more “traditional” sectors of industry.
